Title: Real Estate Property Acquisition Manager

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years experience of active participation within the real estate industry.
• Must be able to demonstrate past performance record.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Needs to be technically savvy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet experience
• Must have excellent creative/critical thinking skills.
• Must possess outstanding negotiation skills.
• Needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills – written skills, presentation skills, verbal skills, interpersonal skills, etc.
• Experience conducting due diligence and analysis of potential property.
• Must be able to follow strict company policies/procedures.
• Must have previous experience with large-scale real estate investment projects: commercial and residential.
• Needs to be a real estate investor. Be familiar with the procedure so you are aware of market trends, statistics, and hot spots.

Duties:

• Evaluate the deals/market. Some deals will be provided. Be prepared to do market research and distinguish your own deals as well.
• Perform market research to determine/identify project economics, trends, etc.
• Perform due diligence and analysis of potential acquisitions.
• Travel 100%

Compensation:

Expenses paid for + Management bonuses with the potential to make a seven figure income!
