The Opportunity
The developer is looking to borrow $4,400,000 in order to fund the approval process of Fifth Street Tower, as well as continue work on some of the projects within their downtown San Jose portfolio.
• Minimum loan amount of $100,000, maximum loan amount of $500,000
• In increments of $50,000
The loan interest payment will accrue at an annual rate of 25% simple interest paid in quarterly dividends in an eighteen month term using a promissory note.
Investors in the Loan will be given a preferred opportunity to purchase units in the completed project prior to release to the general public.
