National Real Estate Investment Club is a New Premier Real Estate Investment Club

Pleasanton, California, September 7, 2006 -- National Real Estate Investment Club (NREI Club) was launched August 28, 2006.  The focus of the club is to educate the investing community on how to successfully invest in real estate and provide exceptional real estate investment opportunities spanning across the globe. Mike Sarwari, CEO of National Real Estate Investment Club says, “I believe that education without application nets you nothing.  The time is right to help investors learn how to invest in real estate as well as inform them of strong investment opportunities.”  This is the reason NREI Club differentiates itself from other clubs around the country who focus only on education.  

NREI Club meetings for the Pleasanton chapter will be held on the first Wednesday of every month at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Pleasanton, California.  The club’s other chapters in San Francisco and San Jose are scheduled to open November 2006.  In addition to live meetings, NREI Club will be hosting webinars and teleseminars for investors who are not near a local chapter.  The webinars are a powerful way of educating people on different real estate topics as well as bringing exceptional investment opportunities from around the globe. (These webinars will allow an average person to get educated from the comfort of their own home.)  World-renowned speakers will educate the club members on a variety of real estate subjects.

NREI Club’s upcoming events include a seminar on the River Forest Subdivision in Georgia presented by Angela Clark. These properties allow investors to spend only $500 as a down payment with potential earnings of up to $100k+ in instant equity with a turnkey investment. This seminar is being held tonight at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel, Pleasanton. NREI Club's next major event includes an educational boot camp presented by Mr. Tom Kish on using a trademarked 4-step system for getting $300,000 lines of credit for real estate investing needs.  The boot camp will be held on Saturday and Sunday September 9th and 10th at the Larkspur Landing Hotel in Pleasanton, California.
