National Real Estate Investment Club Acquires OC VIP Investor

Pleasanton, California, May 15th, 2007 – National Real Estate Investment Club (NREI Club) has recently announced the acquisition of OC VIP Investor. With this acquisition, NREI Club is now able to provide all OC VIP Investor members with top notch, nationally known speakers as well as investment opportunities provided only to large block buying groups. Both companies will work together to build strong long-term mutually beneficial relationships with their clients in real estate investments.

OC VIP Investor is a Professional Membership Organization in the Southern California Area, which trains and supports its members in developing effective skills and practices for successful real estate investing. With their knowledge, they help investors determine the best real estate markets and provide pre-screened investment opportunities nationwide.

NREI Club is an educational, networking real estate investment club that provides people with all the tools they need to invest. They are dedicated to their clients' satisfaction by providing a large range of services and resources. It is the goal of the club to educate and present exceptional investment opportunities to investors in order to help their families achieve financial freedom through real estate investments.

OC VIP Investor and NREI Club will bring unique investment opportunities to its investors at each of their meetings. Meetings are held on the third full week of each month at three locations in the Los Angeles / Southern California Area. Meetings this month will take place on May 22nd, 23rd and 24th at the Hilton San Diego Del Mar, Hilton Irvine and Hilton Woodland Hills, respectively.

NREI Club’s next meetings will feature grant expert Sherry Watson. Sherry will show people how to use government grant money to buy real estate or fund a non-profit. Sherry’s presentation will be complemented by a full-day workshop Saturday, May 26th at the Hilton Irvine. Along with Sherry’s educational presentation will be a presentation on a new investment opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The completion of this acquisition represents a significant step for the growth of the organization. NREI Club has four chapters in Northern California, three in Southern California and will soon be expanding to Las Vegas and to the East Coast.
